As part of the regional project for the development of cultural and creative industries in the Indian Ocean region , the IOC is launching the sixth round of allocations for "AléVini, a regional mobility fund". The project, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), aims to strengthen regional collaboration and contribute to local economic development linked to the structuring of cultural actors and their ecosystem.
Through the AléVini fund, the ICC project aims to:
Promoting inter-island cultural and artistic exchanges to strengthen the value chain of the cultural and creative industries: creation, production, distribution and dissemination.
Develop the region's artistic and cultural market by promoting the creation of professional networks.
Priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.
